In this webinar, Dutch dairy farmer Rudie Freriks shares his knowledge an experiences in reducing ammonia emissions of his 37.4ha farm. Together with his wife, Rudie runs an 80-cow dairy farm at Luttenberg, a small village in the province of Overijssel (east of the Netherlands).

Rudie discusses how various management measures helped him reduce emissions and their economic impact. These include:
• Improving feed efficiency
• Changing the protein/energy content of the diet
• Carrying less youngstock
• Maximising grassland productivity and utilisation.
