Alfred Scholten has two jobs. He is a dairy farmer and a forest ranger. His dairy farm in Winterswijk (NL) is the core business. Growing arable land and biodiversity is directed to that main goal of feeding his 155 cows and closing his nutrient cycle onfarm.
